1. Download and install Zimbra Desktop from here:
   http://www.zimbra.com/products/desktop.html
2. Launch Zimbra Desktop and configure it according to the settings specified in "General Information"

Zimbra Desktop will synchronize your data to make it available offline. Changed items are then synchronized with the server as soon as you reconnect to the internet.

E-Mail

Configure Thunderbird according to the settings specified under "General Information".

Calendar

1. Download and install the "Lightning" add-on for Mozilla Thunderbird:
   http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/lightning/
2. Add a new calendar
   1. Select "On the Network"
   2. Choose "iCalendar (ICS)" as format
   3. Use https://neon.stfu.ch/home/<email-address>/Calendar as location

Address Book

Use Zindus to access your address book and the GAL: http://www.zindus.com/

You can synchronize your data (Calendar, Contacts) over-the-air by using our Funambol server that connects to Zimbra.

To do so, create a new sync profile on your smartphone and enter these values:
